Refer a patient to Southeast Connecticut Eye Care LLC (Drs. Kaufold, Hyder, and Cranmer):

Thank you for referring your patient to Southeast Connecticut Eye Care LLC (SEE-CARE). Referring the patient electronically allows us to track your referral and make sure we send you the results of their visit. If this is an emergency, please contact SEE-CARE directly at 860-373-4148.
